About the Messy Church Program
Messy Church is a program out of England, now used world-wide, providing an alternative to Sunday morning for intergenerational fun, learning and worship. Whether you are 8 weeks old or 80 years old, you are welcome to join in! Together we explore Christian faith through stories, activities, music and a shared meal. Messy Church Westshore is informal, and sometimes chaotic. It is designed for people who may not be able or inclined to attend a regular Sunday worship service, or who may find walking into a church sanctuary intimidating.

All sessions are based on a Biblical story of Christian theme, and we pay attention to the different learning styles found in both children and adults. Both congregations are LGBTQ positive and welcome families of all kinds. The program is volunteer run.
